Pediatric Ward

Kitten Artemis unwell all day yesterday. Viking and I up half the night, worried sick (literally, in my case). Took her to the vet first thing this morning. Fears of obstructions, impactions, torsion. X-rays. Bloodwork. Diagnosis: pancreatitis. Vet (good, competent, I-trust-him-with-my-babies vet) is hopeful that all will be well, but is keeping her overnight, still in woods, blah blah blah.

Fried. Utterly and totally fried.
